The main goal of our Operation is to maintain and improve the quality and appearance of Landscape and Lawn areas and ensure effective responsiveness to our work concerns and complains by maintaining the landscape and irrigation system in a good condition due to apply Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) in each supervisor will managing every day. With due respect, Operation Manager is responsibility to evaluate in each area/site for the performance based on PMS, the Daily Activity and Weekly Progress Report through of my report and my actual inspection.
Our Weekly Progress Report will take photo captured as what we had discussed in a proper way. And our Laborer’s should wear PPE specially on the median area do not forget to put safety Cone. We are all responsibility but we need cooperates each other so that we can achieve our main goal.
